Terms of Sale
These terms cover your use of PitLane Terminal (the desktop app, its website and its online services) and your purchase of the Course add-on. By creating an account or buying the Course, you agree to them.
1. The terminal and the Course
The PitLane Terminal download is free. The Replay trader, tanker map, trading canvas, journal, calendars, news and member chat are free for every account. The Course and the Trading Dictionary are a paid add-on.
2. Your account
An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details private, and don't share your account. Admins moderate member chat and can mute or remove accounts that abuse it. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
3. Price and payment
The Course costs $149 USD, paid once. Any sales tax or VAT is worked out and shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Depending on where you live, Stripe may act as the reseller of the Course and handle the tax on your purchase.
4. Access
Access to the Course is tied to your PitLane account and starts as soon as your payment completes. It works on any computer you sign in from, for as long as PitLane Terminal offers the Course. Lessons may be updated, expanded or reorganised over time.
5. All sales are final
We don't offer refunds. The Course is digital content that you get immediately after paying, so every sale is final. That includes partial use, unused access and change of mind.
If you are in the EU, the UK or another region with a cooling-off period for online purchases, completing your purchase means you ask for immediate access and accept that you lose the right to cancel once access begins. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live that can't be waived.
If a payment is reversed, charged back or refunded through the payment provider, Course access on that account is removed.
6. What you may do with the Course
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Course for your own learning. Don't copy, record, share, resell or publish its lessons, diagrams or quizzes, and don't let others use your account to read it.
7. Education, not advice
Everything in PitLane Terminal, including the Course, is education. Nothing in it is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Futures, options and crypto derivatives carry a substantial risk of loss and aren't suitable for everyone. You're responsible for your own trading decisions.
8. Data and services
Replay data, market data and tanker positions come from recordings and third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Prop-firm rules and tax information in the Course are dated and change often, so always check with the firm or a qualified professional. The app and its services are provided as they are, and may change or be unavailable at times.
9. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, PitLane Terminal isn't liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the app or the Course. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
